ILOCOS SIBLING'S TRIP

I went to my sister's place last April 15 and after our dinner, my brother Martin invited us to go in Vigan, Ilocos Sur. Well, that was a very long drive and you know who's gonna drive? None other than my sister Michelle who's learning to drive for about one month only. She said, yes! And here we are, preparing our things. We need to go first in Bulacan to fetch our sisters and brothers there. We left at exactly 1:00 am and arrived in Vigan at 8:00 am. It was a long, sleepy and enjoyable drive because It was our first time for a long drive. Well, we're 7 in the SUV car. Me, Michelle, Martin, Carla, Ellaine, Nelson and Nash. Two of my brothers are not available at that time. So if you will sum it up, we're nine (9). Awesome! Yes?

Upon checking the reviews of some restaurants, we decided to take our breakfast at Lilong and Lilang Restaurant, a hidden garden located at Barangay Bulala, Vigan City. We're very tired and hungry, we expected that all the foods we've seen in their website are all available. Sadly, the only available at that time are their breakfast meal. We needed to choose from all the silog they have. From Bagnet to Longganisang Vigan. I ordered sarciadong tilapya with free 3 in 1 coffee or milo.

After there, we went in Calle Crisologo. We're a little bit disappointed because we think that the structure there was forlorn. We also decided to visit Malacañang Of The North locally called as “Malacañang ti Amianan”. One of the rest houses of the late President Ferdinand Marcos located in Suba, Paoay, Ilocos Norte. The rest house is actually a gift from her wife, the former First Lady Imelda Marcos, in time for his 60th birthday. It is also considered as their official residence in Ilocos Norte during the former President’s regime.

After there, we decided to take our lunch. We chose La Preciosa located at Rizal Street, Laoag City. We ordered Sinigang na Hipon, Crispy Dinuguan, Pinakbet with Vigan Sitcharon, their very own Dinengdeng. We never missed to taste their best seller dessert, Carrot and Tiramisu Cake. That was so delicious! After our lunch, we went directly in Laoag area for picture taking.

At exactly 8:00pm, we went back to Vigan City, Ilocos Sur for a dinner and to buy pasalubong. We arrived in Bulacan at 7:30 am. That was a very long, tiring but enjoyable trip with my sisters and brother. A very memorable one that I don't want to write here. ☺☺☺
