Many locally employed Filipinos wanted to avail houses and lots through bank financing. What are the documents they need to submit? I made a list for them to know. I categorized it into two types:

1. Standard Documents

a. 2x2 Pictures

b. 2- Government Issued Valid IDs with 3- specimen signatures

c. Proof of Billing (last 3 months)

d. Birth Certificate and Certificate of No Marriage Record (CENOMAR) for Single or Marriage Certificate for Married

e. BIR 1904 Form (You may download the form at www.bir.gov.ph)

2. Major Documents

a. Certificate of Employment with Compensation (COEC)

b. Payslips (last 3 months)

c. Latest Income Tax Return (ITR) (last 2 years)

d. Bank Statement or Photocopy of Bank Book (last 6 months)

For a housing loan, the income of the buyer must be sufficient for the amount of house they're purchasing.
